It's really helping me to get some topspin (been hitting flat and hard for 35 years)! I do have a question: It seems most of the pro's and top players are finishing with the windshield wiper ending up at the side of the body with the raquet pointing down, rather than over the shoulder. One thing I'm still struggling with is the High to low flat forehand, when I want to wack a halve court slow ball at warp-speed. It looks more easy to flip yr wrist when stiking down on the ball to add power than when keeping yr wrist cocked.
